Tech Savvy Insurance is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs.
2. What we do
- Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements (menus, buttons, accordions, the cookie settings dialog) can be operated with a keyboard, and a visible focus indicator shows where you are.
- Skip to content: a “Skip to main content” link appears when you start tabbing, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
- Reduced motion: if your device requests reduced motion, we turn off non-essential animations and parallax effects.
- Semantic structure: we use proper headings, landmarks, lists, and tables so assistive technology can understand the page.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Readable design: we aim for sufficient color contrast and responsive, resizable text.
3. Cookies & your preferences
You control which non-essential cookies we may use. Open Cookie Settings from the footer of any page to review or change your choice at any time.
4. Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review the site and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content or older material may not yet fully meet our target — if you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it.
5. Contact us
If you have trouble accessing any part of this website, or need information in an alternative format, contact us at admin@techsavvyinsurance.com. Please include the page address and a description of the problem so we can help quickly. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
