These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Tech Savvy Agents AI LLC ("Tech Savvy," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Tech Savvy Insurance Agents community, website (techsavvyinsuranceagents.com), and the Ambrose AI platform (app.hiambrose.com). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership and Services
Tech Savvy Insurance Agents is a paid membership community for licensed Health & Life insurance professionals. Your membership includes access to the private Skool community, weekly live training calls, recorded training library, AI tools and templates, and one (1) Ambrose AI seat.
Access to Ambrose AI is an included benefit of membership. Usage of the Ambrose AI platform incurs separate usage-based charges billed to the payment method you provide within the platform.
2. Membership Billing
Membership is billed at $97.00 per month, recurring on the same date each month. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Tech Savvy Agents AI LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Founding member pricing is locked for life at your enrollment rate, provided your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the current rate at the time of re-enrollment will apply.
3. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any membership payments, including partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but payments already processed will not be refunded.
4. Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us at admin@techsavvyinsuranceagents.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and in good faith.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us, you agree to pay an administrative fee of $250.00 per dispute to cover the costs of investigation, response, and processing. This fee is in addition to any amounts owed under your membership or usage agreement.
Upon initiation of a chargeback, your membership and access to all Tech Savvy services, including the Skool community and Ambrose AI platform, will be immediately suspended pending resolution. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, the administrative fee will be charged to your account. Failure to pay may result in referral to collections.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that this is a no-refund service and agree to resolve billing disputes directly with Tech Savvy Agents AI LLC before involving third parties.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community through the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your access to the Skool community and Ambrose AI platform will be revoked.
6. Ambrose AI Usage
Your membership includes one (1) Ambrose AI seat. Usage of the Ambrose AI platform is billed separately based on consumption. By adding a payment method to the Ambrose platform, you authorize usage-based charges to that payment method. Team and Enterprise seat upgrades may be available in the future at additional cost.
7. Community Guidelines
By joining the Tech Savvy Insurance Agents community, you agree to:
- No recruiting. This is a no-recruiting zone. Do not solicit, pitch, or recruit other members for your business, downline, or opportunity.
- No spam or self-promotion. Do not post unsolicited promotions, affiliate links, or advertisements.
- Respect all members. This is a safe space for insurance professionals at every level. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal.
- No sharing of proprietary content. Training materials, recordings, templates, and resources provided through the membership are for members only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Violation of these guidelines may result in termination of your membership without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, training recordings, templates, prompts, workflows, and software provided through Tech Savvy Insurance Agents and the Ambrose AI platform are the intellectual property of Tech Savvy Agents AI LLC and/or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any materials.
If you build custom MCP spokes or integrations using the Ambrose platform, you retain ownership of your custom code and intellectual property.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, lead generation outcomes, or revenue increases.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Savvy Agents AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Insurance and Compliance
Tech Savvy Insurance Agents provides training and tools for licensed insurance professionals. We do not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any tools, templates, or strategies complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS marketing guidelines, HIPAA, state insurance regulations, and any carrier-specific requirements.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Skool (community), Meta (advertising), and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
